Actions will resume in the English Premier League this weekend as several teams aim to better their lots in the leagues.

Manchester United will hope to continue their fine run under interim Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer when they travel to the Craven Cottage to play Fulham. While Manchester United sits in the 5th position with a point ahead of Arsenal and two points behind Chelsea, Fulham occupies the 19th position and the club is at the brink of the relegation.  The match could trigger surprises as Fulham will hope to take another step forward in avoiding relegation.

Liverpool, leaders of the league few weeks ago before being overtaken by Manchester City, though Liverpool are still a game behind and could regain their top position on the league table, will host AFC Bournemouth at Anfield.  AFC Bournemouth are no doubt a solid team that cannot be taken for granted, looking at their fine display this season and currently occupying the  10th position in the league table. Liverpool will want to try to be at the top of their game so as to displace Manchester City from the top of the table but football will always be full of surprises and we can just wait and see how the events unfold.

Arsenal will be travelling to Huddersfield Town with the hope of securing 3 points from the encounter with the bottom-table team.

Later tomorrow, Tottenham Hotspur will be facing the ever resilient Leicester City and it is going to really be a mouth watering encounter and Tottenham will still be without their star striker, Harry Kane who is however reported to be making great improvement in his recovery from the injury that had sidelined him.

The most anticipated match of the week will be the encounter between Champions, Manchester City and Chelsea at the Etihad Stadium. Chelsea will hope to repeat they victory they had over the champions at the Stanford bridge earlier in the season and City will hope to get maximum point from the game in bid to maintain their charge to defend their status as the champions of England and retain their title.

The week is really loaded with so much for football fans and a lot of surprises are definitely in store.
